Financial Info

All estimated portions and non-covered charges are expected to be paid when services are rendered.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, check, or CareCredit.

New patients will be required to pay all charges in full at time of service unless we are able to verify the dental coverage prior to their first appointment.

We will gladly complete and submit all claims for most primary insurances as a courtesy to our patients. We do, however, encourage all our patients to be aware of what is covered or excluded from their dental plan.

We are a participating provider with Northeast Delta Dental.

We estimate the primary insurance payment and the remainder is due at the time of service regardless of any secondary insurance benefits that may be available.

If there is a secondary policy, we take that information and provide our patients with completed claim forms to send in once the primary insurance has paid. This will expedite any reimbursement due to the patient.

Please call your insurance company or go to their online site for answers to questions that are plan-specific.

It is always a good idea to obtain the following information
prior to your appointments:

  • What is your maximum benefit per year?
  • What is your deductible?
  • When does your benefit year begin?
  • Is there a waiting period for restorative work?
  • What is the amount of remaining benefits?
  • (For secondary insurance) Are benefits coordinated with the primary?
Whether you are an established patient or new patient, keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits pay less than anticipated.
