Policy on Dental Insurance & Payments

All estimated portions and non-covered charges are expected to be paid when services are rendered.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, check, or CareCredit.
New patients will be required to pay all charges in full at time of service unless we are able to verify the dental coverage prior to their first appointment. All appointments will be charged a $50 broken appointment fee for the time reserved if a 48hr notice is not given.
We will gladly complete and submit all claims for most primary insurances as a courtesy to our patients. We do, however, encourage all our patients to be aware of what is covered or excluded from their dental plan.
We are a participating provider with Northeast Delta Dental and many others.
We estimate the primary insurance payment and the remainder is due at the time of service regardless of any secondary insurance benefits that may be available.
If there is a secondary policy, we take that information and provide our patients with completed claim forms to send in once the primary insurance has paid. This will expedite any reimbursement due to the patient.

What is your deductible?
When does your benefit year begin?
Is there a waiting period for restorative work?
What is the amount of remaining benefits?
(For secondary insurance) Are benefits coordinated with the primary?
